North Dakota is this land of nature and vastness and beauty. And though it is still growing on me I find so much peace in God’s creation here. Even though it’s not the same as it was when I first moved here, on this 5th generation farm in 2008, and this oil boom is bustling, these ever changing effects on our surroundings don’t ever stop the glory and majesty of His creations from being present. I am so blessed to have a career that allows me to be outside in the midst of nature. It only fuels my adoration, wonder and passion to photograph it. I have compiled some photos for a 2015 North Dakota Calendar. It’s my first go at this kind of thing, but I am SO happy about how they turned out and I think you’ll really enjoy it!
Although these did not make it on to the calendar this year I have to share with you a few photos I took near our farm. In fact most of the calendar photos were taken within a 5 mile distance. There are a couple in the calendar from the Badlands in Medora, ND that include wild buffalo and wild horses!
